Craig E. Jiu, MNAA

Founder, Craig E. Jiu, brings over 30 years of real estate valuation experience to work for the Valuation Professionals Group. Over the years, he has long specialized in residential, commercial, vacant land, multi-family, business valuations and more. He is a qualified expert witness for real estate evaluations in the 8th Judicial Court of Clark County (NV), Las Vegas Federal Court (NV), Clark County Family Courts (NV) and the Alameda County District Court (CA). He routinely and successfully provides litigation support in matters including expert reports, forensic appraisal reviews, highest and best use reports, and feasibility studies. He has proven himself effective in work with all types of clients - attorneys, property owners, financial institutions, property managers, and more.

Craig is a real estate industry leader. He is a founding member of the National Association of Appraisers (NAA). A charter member of the Coalition of Appraisers in Nevada (CAN), he served as the Board’s President in 2013 and 2014, and continues to stay involved to-date. He is also a broker/member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR), a board member of the Nevada Energy Star Partners and an associate member of the Association of Federal Fraud Examiners.

At the ValPro Group, continuing education is a key component to our preparation to provide top-notch industry expertise. Craig has participated in professional education that includes areas such as real estate principles, standards and practices, expert testimony skills and market evaluation.

Craig was born and raised in Northern California, attended California State University, East Bay and the University of California, San Diego, and is now a longtime resident of Las Vegas Nevada. Away from the office, Craig can be found spending time with his family or on the golf course.
